SPAIN was eliminated this afternoon by RUSSIA losing 3 - 4 on penalties after extra-time & with a 1 - 1 draw at the end. Spanish players Koke & Aspas missed their penalties while goalkeeper De Gea did not simulación any penalties from the Russians. Sad moment for Spanish Football as an "inferior" team managed to knock Spain out of the World Cup, but Russia played well their limited cards looking to take the game onto penalties where things get even & remain wide open. Spain dominated the entire match controlling the ball with all moments of pure "boredom" as the objective - to score goals - was never clear. Spain only had a hand full of shots at the Russian goal during 130 mins & this is practically "anti Football" with no effectiveness, no goal.
